Illustrated below are drawings of various projects and are examples of the way in which I provide both planning and building regulation applications. All drawing packages consist of existing layout plans and elevations, proposed layout plans and elevations and sections.
Drawings for planning applications are to show the property before and after building works; drawings for building regulation applications show both before and after with the addition of notation and are fully detailed and specified to meet current building regulations.
