First Meeting
The first meeting will be free of charge allowing me to discuss the feasibility of your proposals, your design ideas and how you will use the space. Alan will help with new aspects that you may or may not have considered and you advise from past experience on the likelihood of planning consent.
From inception, Alan Baker can take you through initial design stages, either discussing your own ideas, proposing solutions or suggesting other ideas that you may not have considered. Alan can create plans around your design, take them to the planning application stage and then through to building regulation approvals, if required. Where necessary Alan would consult with the planning department; prior to this stage Alan would advise you of the planning fees and probable building regulation fees. From this initial visit he will be able to forward to you a quotation of the fees together with other services required throughout your project.
